Frequently Asked Questions
Does a car charger come with it?
No. The mount includes a USB-C cable but you need your own car adapter. For the full 15W it has to be a fast adapter that supports 9V output, otherwise charging drops to a slower rate.
Will it charge through my case?
Up to 6mm thick, yes. A metal case, a thick wallet case, or a card sitting behind the phone will block it.
