We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
Eligible items To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Not listed under non-returnable items (see Non-returnable items section)
Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Custom or personalized orders
How to request a refund
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
Refund processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for items of the same value. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and indicate in your request that you'd like an exchange rather than a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
