Frequently Asked Questions

How does the vacuum pump seal work?
Place the phone inside, close the housing, and use the included pump according to the manual. Check the indicator and inspect the seal before submerging the case.

Can I use the touchscreen underwater?
Standard capacitive touchscreens usually don't respond underwater. Set the phone to camera or video mode before sealing and use supported physical buttons where available.
