Frequently Asked Questions

Is the 650m² coverage guaranteed?
No. 650m² is the listed maximum coverage for the 3-pack. Walls, floors, interference, node placement, client devices, and local network conditions can reduce coverage and speed.

Do I need a separate modem?
You need a modem or ISP-provided modem/router connection for the primary EX12 node. The system can operate in Router or Access Point mode depending on the network setup.
